If you'd like to start a return, please email us at support@mynuuna.com with your order number. Refund requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product. Your refund will be paid in full to your original payment method once we receive your return. Please note that original shipping charges are not refunded, and you will be responsible for return shipping.

Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it is automatically sent to our fulfillment centers for processing, so we are unable to make any changes or cancellations to your order.
