I just placed an order, when will it ship?
Our fulfillment processes are fully automated, and your order will ship within 1-3 business days. Please allow 3-7 days for shipping, depending on which shipping method you choose.
What is your return policy?

If you'd like to start a return, please email us at support@mynuuna.com with your order number. Refund requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product. Your refund will be paid in full to your original payment method once we receive your return. Please note that original shipping are not refunded, and you will be responsible for return shipping.
Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
Can I exchange for a different size?

Can I cancel my order?

How do I know what size I am?
Please reference our detailed size guide here. If you're in between sizes, size down. We also recommend measuring your top and referencing the inserts size measurements in the size guide to make sure the inserts will fit properly. What if I'm in between sizes?
If you're in between sizes for any of our inserts, we recommend choosing the smaller size. We also recommend measuring your top and referencing our detailed size chart here to make sure the insert will fit properly inside your top.
I think I got the wrong size. Can I exchange my inserts?

How do I care for my inserts?
After using your inserts, replace the plastic coverings and store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
If the inserts are dirty or sweaty, rub gently with cold water and a small amount of soap. Let dry before replacing the plastic coverings.
Can I wear my inserts while swimming?
Yes your inserts can be worn in swimsuits and bikinis while swimming. Make sure to apply them on clean dry skin and that your top has enough support to keep the inserts in place. Tighten straps if possible.

The inserts look lumpy/unnatural or aren't giving me any lift. How do I fix this?
If your inserts look lumpy, uneven, or are falling off in your top, then your top may be too loose to hold the inserts in place. Instead, wear a tighter more fitted top that can hold the inserts in place, or place your inserts in a bralette like in the photo above.

My inserts aren't sticking. How do I fix this?
If your inserts are falling off or aren't sticking properly, try these fixes first:
1. Your top may not have enough structure to keep the inserts in place. Try wearing a tighter more fitted top that can hold the inserts in place, or place your inserts in a bralette.
2. Make sure your skin is also dry and free of any lotions, sweat, or oil before applying.

Are the inserts reusable?
Yes! You can wash and reuse the inserts up to 40 times as long as they are washed and stored properly. After wearing, just rinse the inserts under cold water to remove any sweat or lint. Use a gentle soap if needed and let air dry. Replace the plastic coverings to cover the adhesive. Store in a cool, dry place.
Can I wear them with any top?
We recommend wearing our inserts in tops, dresses, and bikinis with a more structured bust area that fits tighter to the chest. They won't work well in looser tops that hang off the body since the inserts are held up partially by the support in your clothing.
Will this damage fabric?
Our medical grade silicone adhesive is designed to be gentle on skin and fabric. However, for sensitive fabrics like cashmere or wool, any amount of adhesive may pull at the natural fibers, so we recommend exercising caution and testing the adhesive on a small part of the garment first.

How to care for & wear your nipple covers
For your grippy covers, put on your top or bralette first and place the center of the grippy cover on your nipple. Press and hold it in place, making sure you eliminate any air bubbles under the edges. The cover should be flush against your skin.
For sticky covers, simply stick them on clean, dry skin, positioning them as needed under your top.
After use, rinse your covers with warm water and a bit of soap. Once dry, replace the plastic coverings to help keep the shape and keep the covers dust and lint-free.
What's the difference between the sticky and grippy covers?
Our sticky covers have a gentle, medical grade adhesive that help the covers stay in place all day, even under loose and flowy tops.
Our grippy covers have no adhesive and stick to your skin through the support of your top and your body heat. They're perfect for when you don't need any added adhesive for security, like in sports bras and tight tops.
How do I use the grippy covers if there is no adhesive?
Grippies hug your body through the support of your top and your own body heat. Put on your top or bralette first and place the center of the Grippy cover on your nipple. Press and hold it in place, making sure you eliminate any air bubbles under the edges. The cover should be flush against your skin.
My grippy nipple covers keep falling off. How do I fix this?
We recommend using Grippies in snug and fitted tops, as they rely on the structure of your top and your body heat to keep them in place. They're also perfect for workouts and swimwear.
For looser or flowy tops, use Stickies instead, which will stay in place no matter how you move thanks to the gentle adhesive.
Are your nipple covers reusable?
Yes! Both our sticky and grippy covers are washable and reusable - just rinse under warm water with a little bit of soap and let them dry. Replace the plastic coverings to help them keep their shape.
Can I wear them while swimming?
Yes! Both Stickies and Grippies can be used while swimming. Use Stickies when you want a little added security or Grippies in your snug fitting swim tops.
