What if I'm in between sizes?

If you're in between sizes for any of our inserts, choose the larger size if you want a more dramatic lift or the smaller size if you want a more natural/subtle lift.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
Our fulfillment processes are fully automated, and your order will ship within 1-3 business days. Please allow 3-7 days for shipping, depending on which shipping method you choose.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

All customers receive a 30-day 100% money-back guarantee with all purchases.

If you'd like to start a return, please email us at support@mynuuna.com with your order number. Refund requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product. Your refund will be paid in full to your original payment method once we receive your return. Please note that original shipping are not refunded, and you will be responsible for return shipping.

Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it is automatically sent to our fulfillment centers for processing, so we are unable to make any changes or cancellations to your order.
